Philosophy on Exercise and Well-Being: Exercise should be exciting and enjoyable. Because of this, I believe in finding ways to move that challenge you while also being fun and feeling good in your body. Regular exercise is a great way to de-stress, build confidence, and stay motivated as you see improvements in your physical performance and mental health.

Philosophy on Exercise and Well-Being: If you exercise frequently, you will notice improvements in other aspects of your life. You will wake up with more energy, you will think more positively, you will gain self-confidence, and you will enhance prevention from numerous diseases! However, if you don't enjoy your workouts, you will lose the motivation to continue. Keep it fun and something you look forward to doing!
Favorite Exercise Activity: I love weightlifting, specifically lower body, specifically hip thrusts. I also really enjoy strenuous hiking!

Philosophy on Exercise and Well-Being: My philosophy on exercise and well-being is that everyone should find the routine that they enjoy. Being physically active can have a positive impact on multiple facets of our daily lives and is especially important as we age. The bottom line is you’re not doing yourself any favors by being sedentary!
Favorite Exercise Activity: Basketball is a fun way to be competitive with my friends but still work up a good sweat. I love some squats as well if I am just in the weight room.

Philosophy on Exercise and Well-Being: Consistent exercise is beneficial to both physical and mental health. I believe a happy and healthy lifestyle starts with daily movement, through any of the various forms of exercise. Overall, it can promote better eating habits, increase energy, and most of all give a greater feeling of accomplishment!
