Philosophy on Exercise and Well-Being: A healthy lifestyle involves exercise, nutrition, and mental/emotional health all working together. It is important to find what kind of physical activity you enjoy in order to keep you motivated! When you enjoy working out and eating healthy you will make it part of your lifestyle rather than something you have to do, and this will positively impact your overall health and well-being.

Favorite Exercise Activity: Tennis, basketball, hiking, and full-body resistance training.

Philosophy on Exercise and Well-Being: Consistent exercise is beneficial to both physical and mental health. I believe a happy and healthy lifestyle starts with daily movement, through any of the various forms of exercise. Overall, it can promote better eating habits, increase energy, and most of all give a greater feeling of accomplishment!

Favorite Exercise Activity: One activity that I really enjoy is jumping rope while listening to music.
