Philosophy on Exercise and Well-Being: Consistent exercise is beneficial to both physical and mental health. I believe a happy and healthy lifestyle starts with daily movement, through any of the various forms of exercise. Overall, it can promote better eating habits, increase energy, and most of all give a greater feeling of accomplishment!
