Bachelor Science in Nursing Completion

Can be completed fully online or in a hybrid format in as few as 18 months.

Respected program for over 25 years.

The career outlook for registered nurses is very good. Earning a BSN can help to advance your career in nursing. You may have the opportunity to pursue positions as an administrator or nurse educator. Many specialties in nursing—clinical nurse specialist, nurse anesthetist, nurse-midwife, and nurse practitioner—require a bachelor’s degree. Also, many new ADN graduates are being asked by their employers to finish a BSN within 5–6 years. According to the U.S. Department of Labor, Bureau of Labor Statistics, “registered nurses with at least a bachelor’s degree in nursing will have better job prospects than those without one” (2012).

Program Information

To be admitted to the BSN Completion program, applicants must have an associate degree in nursing (ADN) or a registered nurse diploma from a regionally-accredited college or technical school. Also, students must show documentation of an active U.S. registered nurse license or its international equivalent prior to beginning the second session of nursing courses in the program. The program offers a generous transfer policy, relevant coursework, and personalized attention.
