Viterbo students, faculty, staff, administrators, board members, or someone who has been closely associated with Viterbo University as an employee, benefactor, or friend, may be nominated to receive the Father J. Thomas Finucan Exemplar of Mission Award.
Recognizing individuals who have demonstrated qualities associated with outstanding academic advising of students.
Recognizes the contribution of non-faculty employees of Viterbo University.

The Pax et Bonum (Peace and All Good) Award is given, from time to time, to a team, group, office, department, committee, or organization in recognition of demonstrating the Franciscan values of quality service, respect, hospitality, stewardship, and joy among the constituencies of Viterbo University (faculty, administration, students, staff).
The Saint John XXIII Award for Distinguished Service is one of the highest non-academic awards conferred by Viterbo University.
Viterbo faculty, staff, and administrators are eligible for the Viterbo University Servant Leader Award in recognition of demonstrable servant leader qualities and characteristics in inter-personal relationships, performance, and achievement.
Viterbo faculty, staff, and administrators are eligible for the Sister Helen Elsbernd Distinguished Service Award.
The medal honors students who represent the high ideals of a Catholic college education.
