$oar to $uccess Fantasy Football League
Draft Party Wednesday, September 4, 2019 at 6 p.m., Murphy Center 348.
Students will participate in an auction style draft and compete against their fellow students to be crowned Viterbo Fantasy Champion!

NBA 2K GM Challenge
Begins on September 10, 2019,  at 5 p.m. in Murphy Center 378
A semester long game in which students assume the role of a NBA GM and are in charge of every roster move from drafting, trading, Free Agency, roster construction, all while staying within their individual financial constraints and the salary cap.

     Meet the Professionals - A panel of local healthcare providers will share their career experiences and the
     value of starting a pre-health journey at Viterbo University.

     Performing Arts Alumni Panel
Monday, September 23, 2019, 3:30-5 p.m., Fine Arts Center Lobby
     This panel will include a number of Viterbo University theatre and music theatre alumni who are
     having active careers in the industry across a variety of national markets.  Each panelist will share
     their experiences since leaving Viterbo, and participants will have an opportunity for a question
     and answer session.

     How the Market Works Challenge

     Learn the basics about the stock market!  Then get an opportunity to compete in a campus-wide game
     where you can buy and sell stocks over a period of time to see who can develop the best strategy and
     make the most (imaginary) cash!

     College2Acuity Bacon Tour
Tuesday, September 24, 2019, 8-11 a.m., Outside the Student Union
     Acuity Insurance will be touring 20 campuses throughout the Midwest, including Viterbo.  Acuity will
     guarantee a phone interview to any junior or senior student who brings their resume.  Free bacon,
     chocolate, and swag.

     D.B. Reinhart Ethics Lecture Series:  Premiere of "The Wall"
     Tuesday, September 24, 2019, 7 p.m., Fine Arts Center Main Theatre
     "The Wall: The Stories of the 2018 Minneapolis Homeless Camp" looks back at the saga of the
     2018 Native American homeless camp in Minneapolis.  The film documents the growth of the camp,
     the community response, the internal conflicts within the camp, and the eventual transfer of residents
     to shelter in December of that year.  It also captures the stories of the residents, who share their
     journeys to the camp, their lives there, and their hopes for a better future.  In this spirit, the film follows
     one couple at the camp from August through December, who open up about the trials of their drug
     addiction, their relationship, and their hopes to get their children back.
