TracDat is a data-management system designed to support the assessment needs of Viterbo University. It offers a flexible framework for managing sustained assessment practices. Not only does TracDat act as a repository for assessment data, it also provides tools for planning, analysis and use of data, and follow-up.

September 14, 2018, is this year's deadline for updating the annual report. After that time, the Academic Program Assessment Committee (APAC) will review progress and provide feedback to assessment coordinators. The review forms the basis for the Annual Academic Program Assessment Report (APAR).
